透過結合創意，減少塑膠使用：以利用可再生材料製作香蕉套袋，替代傳統塑膠袋，減少環境污染。推動SDGs 永續發展指標和社區參與，打造一個創新的香蕉園區域。這個計畫不僅僅是農業和環保的結合，更是一個文化和教育的展示平台。
循環概念說明:台灣每年產生好幾百萬噸選舉旗幟、廣告旗幟，一次性的宣傳廣告直接進入焚化爐，一個旗幟香蕉套袋可取代農民使用的一次性塑膠套袋 ，若每個廣告旗幟再製套袋約重覆使5-7次，將近可以減少1萬多元塑膠套袋，本計畫預計於2024年約有2000棵香蕉樹參與計畫，減量2000個塑膠套袋、減廢約500公斤廢棄廣告旗幟。
